Casing Elevators Spiders
Casing elevators or spiders are pneumatically operated power tools for casing operation. These units are capable of handling casing sizes from 4 1/2 to 14in O.D. Casing elevators spiders are designed with capacities of 350 and 500 tons. In terms of 350 tons, casing spiders possess a string load of 3150KN (700,000 pounds); While concerning 500 tons, the casing elevators spiders have a string load of 4500KN (1,000,000 pounds). Casing spiders are manufactured according to API Spec 8C ISO9001:2008, GB/T 28001-2001 and GB/T 24001-2004-ISO14001:2004.
